Released for Bvlgari’s 140th anniversary in a limited run of 140 pieces, the Octo Finissimo Chronograph ref. 104192 places Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani’s freehand movement sketches directly onto a silver-brushed dial surface. The artwork reveals components usually hidden from view, including the balance and column wheel. A tri-compax chronograph layout sits alongside a home-time display at three o’clock.

The satin-brushed steel case spans 43mm while staying just 8.75mm thin, keeping the Octo Finissimo’s compressed proportions intact. Running inside is the self-winding caliber BVL 318, which is only 3.3mm thick and uses a peripheral rotor to stay slim. An integrated steel bracelet completes the design, maintaining the Octo Finissimo’s angular, monolithic design.
