Patek Philippe 5015J breaking away from standard dress watch conventions, this 35mm Patek Philippe ref. 5015J pairs a hobnail bezel with an off-axis arrangement of its complications. The porcelain dial places the moon-phase display, power-reserve indication, and small seconds in a staggered layout that gives the watch an almost pocket-watch-like character. The real surprise, however, is on the back, where a hinged solid-gold cover opens to reveal a sapphire display back and the movement beneath it. Lift the cover and you can take in the Caliber 240/152, with Geneva striping across the bridges and carefully finished, beveled edges throughout.
