Chopard’s St. Moritz Chronograph has the proportions of a dress watch, but the mechanics of a serious chronograph. Its 37mm stainless steel case remains slim thanks to the ultra-thin Frédéric Piguet-derived Caliber 1185. A brushed bezel secured by eight exposed screws completes the design.

The tri-compax dial arranges three chronograph registers around applied hour markers, with a date aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. Visible through the transparent caseback, the automatic Caliber 1185 combines a column wheel with a vertical clutch, a construction still admired for its thin architecture and crisp chronograph action. Integrated pushers flow neatly into the case, which is paired with the collection’s signature stainless steel bracelet.
